Decriminalize crime
I figured it out: decriminalize crime! That's what folks want. Or, redefine what crime is and what criminal is. if you can strike down crimes and make formerly illegal things legal–or, not illegal–then there will, indeed, be fewer criminals and fewer people in jail. I'm into it. Let's try this and see what happens. I'm a glass-half-full, prison-half-empty kind of guy.
