Friends feeding frenzy

It’s been interesting watching more than a few of my smartest friends (some of the brightest people in the world) on all sides fall head over heels for so much mob mentality. Watching them close their nictitating membrane and initiate an ocular rotation then join feeding frenzies I’m always surprised to see them caught up in, roiling in the turbulent bloody waters. It’s fascinating. It’s troubling. It’s maddening. It’s frustrating. None of you guys, of course! You’re fine. You’re all too smart to get baited into anything like that! Heavens no!
