Yelling fire in a crowded theater

When you use "you're not allowed to yell fire in a theater" in response to my talking about constitutional rights such as the right to guns and free speech, please also remember that you're not allowed to shoot anyone in a theater either. There's no restriction to anyone yelling fire in a theater; however, if you do so, you'll probably be arrested, indicted, and prosecuted. But, when it comes to the Constitution, Rights do not come with get out of jail free cards if you break the law, commit a crime, initiate a stampede, assault someone, shoot someone, or commit murder. So, apples and oranges. Just in case that's your angle of attack. Most people will back down because it sounds logical, but it's not. Try something else.
