Just ask all the helio pilots we trained of those 300,000 US-military-trained soldiers who now fight for the Mujahedin. They know how to fly planes, too, and they know how to service them. Or, they can take the billions of dollars and hire Academi consultants and trainers. Or, maybe, just ask their Pakistani friends to be their pilots.
