A double-O license to kill
I am a permitted concealed gun carrier as licensed by the local Sheriff. I had to go through CCW training with a local firearms trainer that I trained with at the NRA HQ's range. What combined superpowers do I have as an American with a modern interpretation of the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution supporting him, with the support of the Law of Virginia, and with the laws and responsibilities conferred by the Arlington County Sheriff's Department's Concealed Carry permit, are many and actually proffer a conditional double-O license to kill.
