We’re putting the boot on the neck of Russia the same way we put our boot on the necks of Germany and Japan, baiting them into war. Best way to start a war? Embargoes and sanctions. Then you can blame them for attacking Pearl Harbor, if you will. It’ll be fun to see how Russia behaves as we tighten the sanction noose.
