Dear activists
it's a dangerous blindspot to assume that your vision of the future is anyone else's. I see a future of diminishing returns as people tire of being accused of bigotry, racism, sexism, jingoism, and xenophobia. Beware the date and time when they, instead, embrace their bigotry, racism, sexism, jingoism, and xenophobia. It always starts with “no matter what I say or do, you're going to say that about me anyway, so I might as well…†That'll be a scary day. Sometimes I wonder if that has been the goal the entire time? It's amazing what you can make your enemy do if you bait them for long enough. Taunting always eventually results in some form of (filmed and posted) violence. If that's the case, then slow-clap. Nefarious but genius. Long cons are the best cons.
